Dryer Temperature Measurement
PrintDry dryer is regulating its temperature by using a close-loop design. When the temperature is above the preset value, the heating unit will be turned off. On the other hand, if the temperature is below the preset value, the heating unit will be turned on. Therefore, the heating unit always has its ON/OFF cycle.
The temperature distribution inside the dryer is NOT uniform. The temperature in a place close to the hot air vent is higher and the temperature in a place far away from the hot air vent is lower.
