3DOLOGiE Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all products purchased from 3DOLOGiE are covered by a 30-day return policy. Faulty items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this 30-day window.
Non-Defective Items:
Returns of non-defective 3D printers and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A printer is considered defective only if confirmed by 3DOLOGiE Technical Support or the printer manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Packaging:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. Many manufacturers require the original packaging for warranty service or repair. We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging for the duration of your warranty. Replacement packaging may incur additional charges.
Product Condition for Returns:
Items must be returned in the same physical condition in which they were received, including all original parts and accessories. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Manufacturer Policies:
Return policies may vary by manufacturer. Please contact us to confirm the specific return policy for individual printer models.
Return Process:
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at [email protected] If you’re requesting an exchange, your returned item must be received before a replacement is shipped. If you need the replacement sooner, you may purchase a new item, and we will issue a refund once the return is received.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, store credit will be provided. Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Order Cancellations & Lost Packages:
If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, you may return it for a refund, minus any applicable shipping charges. While we will assist with lost or delayed packages, responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier.
International Orders:
3DOLOGiE is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If a customer refuses delivery due to these charges or chooses not to return the item(s), no refund will be issued.
